About the President

Jennifer B. Peters, CTT+ is a certified technical trainer who has made a business out of helping people learn the basics of computers. As a trainer at a large insurance company in Baltimore, she trained thousands of people on a variety of software programs including the Microsoft Suite of applications. In 2005, Jennifer left the company to begin her own technical training business, JenTech, LLC.  Jennifer has trained business owners, seniors and children on computers and software.  She places a premium on providing her clients a patient, nurturing environment that allows them to set a learning pace that’s comfortable for them.
 

Previous experiences range from working for a San Francisco dot-com during the internet boom of the late 90’s and traveling the wilds of South East Asia enjoying the food, culture, and helping locals with computers along the way.
 

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and earned her Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 1996.  In Jennifer’s spare time, she enjoys playing the guitar, traveling and doing yoga.
